Shipping location

We ship all packages from our warehouse in Bargteheide, Germany.

Carrier

We ship our parcels within Germany with GLS BusinessParcel and in Europe with UPS.

Shipping time

The processing time in our warehouse is usually one day. Orders placed by 12:00 CET (Central European Time), Monday - Friday and in stock, usually ship same day.

The shipping time from handover to the carrier depends on the usual delivery time of the carrier to the country of destination.
GLS has a large independent European network. This enables Europe-wide parcel shipping to all important GLS markets with standard delivery times of 24 to 48 hours. 

Sustainable shipping

With GLS Klima Protect we deliver parcels climate-neutral through compensation, in Germany as well as abroad. This means, that the greenhouse gas emissions caused by parcel transport are fully offset.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the country of destination. From a goods value of 5,000.00 EUR, shipping within the European Customs Union is free. Destinations with a surcharge such as islands are excluded from this rule.
