We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via our returns portal will not be accepted. To start a return, please visit our returns portal here or click on the link above. After authorization, you will be given the opportunity to select a carrier and drop-off location for the return in the portal. You will also receive a package stamp.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return in the context of an incorrect order. In order to keep costs and burdens on the environment low, we are forced to limit this regulation if you make excessive use of the right of return that we have granted.
Under warranty, the return period is the length of the warranty period (the date of sale of Spardent to the customer is the start date) plus 14 working days. If this period is exceeded, your return will automatically fall out of the warranty period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging without any damages. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If these requirements are not met, returns will be rejected from our side with no exception.
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our policies as well as terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Sparedent account or future orders being refused.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In warranty cases, we check whether the warranty claim is justified or unjustified. We need up to 10 working days for this. In the case of justified warranty claims, we decide whether we will carry out repairs and subsequent delivery or a refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If an error is found in the user's application, this is not covered by our guarantee. Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We typically process refunds within a few days.
Items ordered by mistake by the customer due to an incorrect order will only be taken back for a return fee of EUR 10.00 per return shipment. Your shipping costs will not be eligible for a refund unless the returned item is faulty.
